In this project, 29 residential properties are laid out along a winding plot, echoing the surrounding Mediterranean-style settlements.
The properties are compact but offer the spatial and programmatic virtues of a detached house: a spacious, open-plan living room, zenital lighting, two parking spaces and a storage room with direct access from the basement.
The white façades lend a common rhythm to the blocks, which are differentiated from one another by coloured, exposed bricks in white, ash grey or brown. Each block has its own identity and can be distinguished from the others by the geometry and rhythm of the coloured bricks.
